Consequently, a good leader has to evaluate the situation and act accordingly ( 3). A well-documented theory of leadership introduced by Judge et al ( 2) explained the importance of the situation in determining the effectiveness of leadership. There is growing interest in the issues related to spirituality in the workplace and according to the leadership quarterly special issue by Fry ( 1), spirituality in the workplace has become the subject of numerous studies in recent years. Nevertheless, scientific theories on leadership emerged at the beginning of the 20th century. Leadership has always been an area of interest since time immemorial.
